Happy Friday everyone! Sophee here, so excited to launch our new “Iconic Inspiration” series today. Once a month, I’ll spotlight a rare individual who’s influenced fashion; someone whose style continues to inspire us today. We’re kicking it off with none other than the inimitable Marilyn Monroe. Michelle Williams portrays her in the upcoming film “My Week with Marilyn” (anyone else counting the days?) and is featured on the current month’s Vogue cover. Monroe was truly one of kind—pushing every boundary of femininity possible. Often donning sweetheart, halter, or plunging necklines paired with A-line or pencil skirts, her style was indisputably sexy.
