A couple of months ago, I had the pleasure of designing a classic southern bridal brunch for Tribeza Magazine. I thought I’d share the inspiration board behind the party here…and tomorrow we’ll reveal all the gorgeous details of the event. I love designing a party around one element that’s special to the guest-of-honor, and for this occasion we used the heirloom royal blue & raspberry china that sat at each place setting as the starting point for the rest of the decor. Brilliant pink garden roses and festive “crackers” bearing guests’ names add interest to the table, and a chalkboard menu lets guests choose toppings for their made-to-order omelets. And of course flowing pink champagne is in order to toast the happy bride on this most joyful of days!
