Is there anything better than a Bloody Mary at Saturday morning brunch? After a long history of ordering fruity, champagne-based cocktails, I’ve officially traded in the mimosas of brunches past in favor of the complex flavors of a well-mixed Bloody Mary. Vodka and tomato juice are the building blocks of any run-of-the-mill Bloody Mary recipe, but one of my favorite things about this particular cocktail is its versatility. A pinch of this, a squeeze of that and an endless array of garnishes, a Bloody Mary is one of the most customizable drinks on the menu.
