Bottom’s Up :: Prettiest Summer Cocktails

For today’s edition of Bottoms Up, I had a few fun ideas for the summery drink I’d be mixing… but when it came time to actually make it and spend an hour styling and shooting on my back patio, I chickened out. You guys, it’s 106 degrees in Austin today, and that is just too dang hot for an 8-month-preggers girl to be hanging on the back patio. So I decided it would be the perfect week to share the prettiest drinks from around the web that have me counting down the days ’til I can imbibe once again. Click through to see them all…and get the recipes for concoctions you’ll be mixing up at parties all year long!

These look so refreshing! I actually can’t drink much alcohol either (I turn beet red with 2 sips of anything!) so I love making “mocktails”. I just recently tasted this amazing – yet non-alcoholic drink at a restaurant which had grapefruit, ginger, basil, and sparkling water. YUM!

Delish drink ideas, but I am so jealous of those arms on pic number 4!

You should do it – and report back! (though I’m not sure how good your typing skills would be after THAT test, ha!)

I love those simple, white plates! I would love to know who makes them so I can put them on my registry…
