Monochromatic Monday :: Organic Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Inspiration | Camille Styles

I spent some time planning my Thanksgiving table over the weekend, looking through my Pinterest boards and considering my color palette options. I thought about a moody plum & gold option…and played with the idea of pumpkin…but the simple look of kraft paper and organic greens (mixed with a touch of gold) just feels so right this year. We’ll have 16 people gathered around the table, and I’m planning to top it with a classic white linen, long kraft paper runner (that guests can use to write down what they’re thankful for) and a mismatched assortment of my Heath Ceramics plates in fawn and white. Simple tumblers can hold water or wine, and a few white stoneware pitchers will serve as vessels for loose bunches of berries and greenery. I love the idea of a clean palette that lets the real stars of Thanksgiving shine: the abundant food and the people gathered together, laughing, talking and devouring the feast.
