Today’s inspiration board is a total celebration of summer’s bounty: the bumper crops of watermelon at farmer’s market, piles of juicy tomatoes that I can’t seem to use up fast enough and peaches that are so juicy they drip down your face like melty popsicles. Last week, we shot a chapter about “setting the summertime table” for my book, and these are the images that inspired a farm-to-table breakfast scene bursting with happiness (sneak peek here!) Anyone else in need of such a jolt of energy on this Monday morning? I’m mixing up my peach, kale & coconut smoothie, lacing up my sneakers and heading out to soak up some sunshine before diving into another busy work week. Hope you all have a great one!
