No-Cook Summer Dinner Party

July 28th, 2016

Summer is made for cookouts and dinner parties al fresco surrounded by your nearest and dearest. However, with the arrival of scorching temps comes the desire to be as far away as possible from a heat source, and it’s in this spirit that we’ve gathered a few of our favorite Asian-inspired recipes for a dinner party that you can throw without even turning on the stove (or oven or grill.) Click through the slides for a menu that lets you get out of the kitchen and into the party — without sacrificing any of the flavor. And we’d love to hear in the comments all of your favorite no-cook summer recipes!

This meal looks like the perfect ending to a hot summer day and easy enough to prepare between dips in the pool. I love the idea of using watermelon instead of tuna for the poke- it’s the perfect sway if I can’t find fresh tuna at the market. Thanks for sharing.
