Bring it Home :: Elegant Fall Fete

Cristina here, with inspiration for your next fall fête…but don’t expect to find any autumnal colors here! For a fresh take on fall we’re skipping the oranges, browns and reds for an elegant palette of black and white. I’m feeling inspired by these subtle nods to the season that are more about a feel than a theme, as demonstrated in this to-die-for dinner party at the home of Annette Joseph featured in Rue Magazine. White leaf-shaped dishes and albino pumpkins are a gorgeous way  for those of us with a penchant for neutrals (ie me) to decorate for fall. Set the tone with a collection of antique bottles and silver – lucky for us, unpolished works best for this look. This palette is also perfect for incorporating a few spooky accessories, too. (anyone else wild about skulls lately?) Keep reading for all the components you’ll need to bring this look home…

I agree! Even though black & white aren’t really cozy colors, this setting still looks so warm and inviting.

Lucky for you the pumpkin’s the easiest piece to get! (I got some at the grocery)
