I (Cristina) have always been on board with the clean, serene bedroom trend… white sheets, white walls, white furniture. But every now and then I find that the white on white look can be a little too minimal (read: boring). I don’t typically think of the bedroom as a place to play with patterns or accent walls, but this beautiful boudoir has me inspired to do just that! Keep reading to see how a suzani throw and graphic wallpaper can keep the peace in your bedroom.
We’ve seen plenty of vibrant suzani inspiration across the blogosphere lately, but I’m loving this subdued tan suzani for the bedroom. It works perfectly with natural textures of a wooden sculpture, a woven basket (great for storing reading materials by your bedside), and the sepia tones of vintage photographs. Black and white family photos would be especially meaningful, but there are plenty of gems to be found at antique stores as well.

Same here – I actually searched for that feature when we bought our bed last year, and could never quite find what I was looking for. Thinking this was probably a custom job?
I looked around for floating bedside tables when I was doing this post and didn’t find anything quite like this! They’re gorgeous.
we JUST put a bright pink suzani on our guest bed. Love seeing these pictures doing something similar.
love that wallpaper!!
I agree with you! I think this bedroom is perfection!
I want this bedroom..
