Anyone doing fun St. Patrick’s Day things this weekend? I’ve never been super into this holiday, although it is a fun excuse to kick back a couple cocktails in the middle of the day and maybe try out this recipe for Guinness Ice Cream with Chocolate Covered Pretzels (yum.) Other than that, a trip to the farmer’s market is in order, and probably wheeling Phoebe around downtown to some of the kid-friendly SXSW stuff happening in Austin. I’m definitely embracing the low-key weekend since Monday I’m hopping a flight to Chicago for a whirlwind trip with one of our sponsors, Cracker Barrel Cheese…a couple whirlwind days of heavy duty cheese training to learn all about tasting, judging and making the very best. I should probably start fasting now (I should, but I’m not, ha.) Hope you all have a beautiful spring weekend, and enjoy my favorite links from the week!
