Anyone else get a major thrill from figuratively peeking inside handbags, closets and desk drawers to see what other (preferably stylish & creative) people consider obsession-worthy? Thanks to my voyeuristic tendencies, we’re launching an all-new series that does just that, and each season we’ll be getting the lowdown on the cool stuff and unexpected items that our team of editors call must-have’s. I’ll be kicking it off, so without further ado, here are the items I currently can’t live without!

Viburnum. I love the organic lines and not-too-feminine touch that a bunch of green viburnum adds to the dining table.

Le Pens. I purchase these by the dozen, and it seems I’m not the only one whose enamored since they’re constantly disappearing from my desk. Le Pens somehow seem to magically make my handwriting better. photo from paper pastries.

Lillet. I discovered this French aperitif wine a few months ago, and my go-to cocktail lately has been a glass of lillet with a few frozen peach slices added to cool it down. It’s the closest I can get to summer on the Riviera in my own backyard…

It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great. I’ve referenced Gwyneth’s latest cookbook a few times before, and I continue to be blown away by everything I’ve made from it. Super healthy without compromising amazing flavor, it’s exactly how I like to cook.

Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream. Since I decided to try out one of the trendy new CC Creams, I’ve become a total convert! This one manages to make my skin look perfect while totally disappearing, as well as providing ungreasy moisture and SPF protection. What else could you possibly ask for?

The Admiral, Solé Bicycles. Currently at the top of my wishlist, and they come in loads of droolworthy color combos.

Coral. I’ve collected coral pieces for a few years now, and I love the beachy elegance they add to a bookshelf.

The Bonn Jean by MIH. These jeans are my hands-down favorites. Incredibly flattering and as comfy as leggings, I’m planning to pick up a couple new washes for fall.

Fresh Ginger. I’ve been adding it to everything lately, it seems! Smoothies, stir-fries and summer desserts, ginger makes everything better.

Jennifer Zeuner Mini Wishbone Bracelet. I’m really feeling delicate jewelry lately, and this wishbone bracelet is whisper thin and results in loads of compliments.

St. Tropez. This is destined to become my next obsession, since I’m  headed there for the first time to celebrate my big 3-0 next May! I can’t wait to soak up the natural beauty and legendary glamour of this iconic locale, and yes – I promise to chronicle the entire adventure.
