I’m seriously giddy this morning, because, let’s face it: there’s nothing more fun than finally getting to spill the beans about something that’s been in the works for a long time. So without further ado…
I’m writing a book!
Yippee!!! Authoring a book has been a big dream of mine for years, and I’m so pleased to announce that I’ve signed a deal with William Morrow (a division of HarperCollins.) I’m so thankful that this is happening at a point in my life when I feel like I’ve zeroed in on what I’m really passionate about: infusing everyday moments with beauty…celebrating life’s little details…entertaining that feels effortless and, above all, fun. So that’s what it’ll be about!
Over the next year, we’ll be sharing a few sneak peeks as we photograph and create 100% original content for the book. I know it’ll be a ton of hard work, but I also know that when you’re this excited and passionate about what you’re creating, nothing’s more fun. And please don’t hesitate to leave comments and let me know what areas of entertaining you’d love to read about – I want this to be an amazing resource that makes hostessing feel effortless, so I’d love to know what areas tend to be challenging.
