It’s been a doozy of a work-week with 4 photo shoots and lots of deadlines, and I really couldn’t be more ready for a couple of slower-paced days – finding time to soak up such little luxuries as sleeping in, going to a movie (dying to see Somm) and trying out some of the new recipes on my list like the avocado & tangerine salad, above. The chill-out time will have to wait just a bit longer though…this morning I’m off to Argus Cidery to speak about blogging & being a creative entrepreneur at a workshop hosted by The Ruby Collaborative, and I’m so excited to spend a couple hours with such an inspiring group of creative gals.
