Is it true? Could it really be the last weekend of summer? Sure, temps will still hit triple digits here for a few more weeks, but once I spot that first kid with a backpack headed to school on Monday morning, the mental shift will have begun as I realize it’s time to set some goals and embrace the more structured routine of fall. I mean, I already spent most of Saturday cleaning out and organizing my closet, which is my equivalent of back-to-school planning (I’ve got to make room for all those fall wardrobe staples I’ve been pinning!) Are you guys feeling it? You know, watching for turning leaves, craving pumpkin spice lattés, and narrowing down which boots you’re going to buy this season? Or am I jumping the gun a bit… in any case, I’d love to hear how you all get in a fall frame of mind, and enjoy my favorite links from the week!

(on a side note: We’re honored to be among the nominees for best blog in the “Best of the City” awards, and would be so grateful if you’d take a minute to fill out the form and vote for us. We feel so lucky to call Austin our home base and would love to represent our hometown!)

The 7 foods we should all be eating for more beautiful skin.

This tart cherry frozen yogurt is a game changer.

The large print (I love this look.)

This grapefruit mojito looks like the perfect Sunday afternoon sip.

And while you’re at it, give yourself a manicure.

So excited that my Antiquaria friends just launched greeting cards!

This just might be my dream house.

*and a few fun things you may have missed!

This designer sure knows how to throw a mean dinner party.

How to cook with your kids.

This Italian feast was the most delicious way to celebrate the last days of summer.
