Is it me, or do cake designers seem to get more incredibly talented and creative all the time? I constantly think I’ve discovered my “new favorite,” only to stumble upon a new culinary artist who blows my mind on a new level. Check out these creations by Lael, my newest cake obsession. Not only does owner Emily Lael Aumiller sculpt the most beautifully edible works of art, she does it all with vegan, gluten-free ingredients. Oh my…these cake designs are so unique and pretty. I haven’t seen such fresh designs in a while…I love all of them for different occassions but the third one is my favorite for its charming simplicity.
