Did y’all catch our home feature on Design*Sponge yesterday? Since it’s one of my favorite sites out there (duh) I was hugely honored and excited when the editors contacted me for one of their now-famous Sneak Peek features. Photographer Chad Wadsworth and I spent a fun Saturday styling and photographing every nook & cranny, so thought I’d share a few of my favorite shots that didn’t make the final D*Sponge cut. Hope you enjoy the outtakes, and if you haven’t already, hop on over to read the whole post!

Your home is just beautiful! Sophisticated and cozy at the same time!
Gorgeous, Camille! Your home is so sunny and happy looking. I love the contrast of dark wood and white paint.

I loved the feature. Huge congrats to you, Camille! I love the way your house is just filled with light- feels so open, airy, and calm. I also love the sea foam paint color from Restoration Hardware, and of course all their furniture. What a dream!
I loved the feature! You have a beautiful home.
Your home is gorgeous! It’s so fresh and open compared to a lot of homes you typically see in the Hill Country. Thank you for sharing!
Well done! Great pics!
Beautiful place!
Big hugs!

your home is beautiful! I love the modern details but it still looks welcoming.
When you mentioned design sponge last week I hoped that a sneak peek was coming! I loved the feature, and these outtakes as well- several images were pinned immediately. I’m a newcomer to your blog, but its already on my “daily must read” list!

Love this photo shoot and I’m looking to seeing the feature! Your house is always fun to see!
I’m a new reader here, so when I saw your home featured on D*S, I was excited! It looks beautiful and is easily one of my favorite Sneak Peeks that she’s featured.
I love that you have Fleur Wood’s book! She is so amazing. I’m biased, as an Australian, but I love her laid back but breathtaking style.
The DS shoot was stunning…I’m now on the hunt for my very own drinks cart!
It is hands-down my favorite party book… totally obsessed with Fleur’s styling!
FANTASTIC! Congratulations on the feature…and enjoy living in your beautiful home! Love your Selby book right by your bed. The perfect thing to look at before snoozing.
Yes! I’ve gotten so much inspiration looking at that book… a great one to leaf through when I’m having a creativity block!
Great pics:) I love your blog..so much good inspiration. I wish you a lovely week.

Huge congrats on the feature-SO deserving! These outtakes are beyond stunning! You look beautiful, and the night stand is breathtaking!
Love, love, love everything! Gorgeous clean & modern lines, yet still inviting and warm…the ultimate combo! My favorite is how parallel the front & back doors are that open up for indoor/outdoor living- this Portland girl dreams of such weather where that is possible. Sounds like I need to get myself that Fleur Wood coffee table book too! Thanks for sharing, Camille!
Your house is GORG. Not that I would expect anything different. I die for exposed beams. And being a Florida girl, pools always have my heart!
You have a gorgeous home, Camille! Loved seeing it in Design*Sponge

Camille, would love to know where;
(1)- your couch and tan leather chair is from?( from design sponge)
(2)- the black and white tray on your desk
(3)- the other books on your coffe table are from
Would love all these elements in our house- they would look
AMAZING!- would appreciate so much if you have time.
No prob Kate – the couch is custom from Nest, the chair is from West Elm (I’m obsessed), the tray is from (you’re going to love this!) IKEA, and the books? I have NO idea – they’re constantly changing and moving as I pick them up to read!
Camille- THANKYOU! If I could be cheeky and ask one more thing?? Your bedside tables? I am sorry for hasseling you. Usually I see a few things I like on various blogs- but they are all in your house! Love your videos on your site and from now on I will look for your retail therapy choices as I am so sure I will love them too.
Haha, thanks Kate! No worries – our bedside tables are from Crate & Barrel.
