I’m fairly confident that today’s featured artist could have an entire series on the blog devoted to showcasing her work. While her drawings and photography are beautiful in their own right, it’s Kirstie Van Noort’s ceramics that have me absolutely swooning today (I’m talkin’, hundreds of breathtaking photos). With a look that’s entirely handmade in virtually every color found in nature, this pottery is everything I could possibly want in my kitchen. Follow the jump for more beautiful pieces, and be sure to check out Kirstie’s Flickr page and website for hours of gawking.

Oh, these are gorgeous. I love pottery. Major goal in life is learning how to make it on a wheel :).

These are beautiful! Thanks for posting, as I did not know about Kirstie’s work. I’ll definitely have to find out where to purchase! I love that it looks so organic and you can see the beauty of the material shine through.

The pitchers are absolutely stunning. I think it’s hard for ceramic pieces to take on a light, refreshing feel and she nailed it.

  9. […] This year sharp corners have been replaced by rounded shapes, as well has bright hues and neon finally have been replaced by soft hues, most of them natural shades, like greens, light blues, browns and greys. Like for these acoustic rounded panels and this stool by Offectt (1), Pro chairs by Flototto (4), chairs and wall décor by Blastation (5), crossed pouff by Bline (2), and these pendant light by Muuto (3), in soft green shades.
