When planning a photo shoot last week, we found ourselves in dire need of some last minute oomph. We dug through our creative archives and kept coming back to the eye-catching and festive Geronimo! balloons. While we didn’t have time to reach out to the balloon troopers for one of their original designs, we were able to channel their genius to create our own spin. Three massive balloons & lots of ribbon later… and tada! The perfect prop to liven up our photos shoot. Follow the jump for more photos & the easy instructions.
- Fill 3 36 inch balloons with helium & secure.
- Cut long strands of colorful assortment of ribbon in varying lengths. A mixture of widths and textures, with a little metallic thrown in, is key.
- Tie ribbons onto balloons.
- If we’d had time to make fringe-y strips of tissue, that would have looked great, too.
Ah….so FUN! You all did a wonderful job with these
This photo of Camille walking on our 1st cloudy day in months is so beautiful. Those balloons are gonna send you up, up and away!
Thanks girlies – Chanel did a fab job with these. I wish we could have them as a permanent installation in the office!
Very pretty. This is probably going to sound stalkerish and totally off topic but would you mind sharing your workout routine. The muscular definition in your legs is impressive.
gorgeous! will definitely be trying to implement this for my sisters birthday party!
