Monochromatic Monday :: Rustic Romance

Although I love all kinds of party looks – from bright & colorful to calm & serene – I think if I had to choose my very favorite, it would be this romantic, rustic vibe with a soft feminine palette. The warm wood tones play off blushing peach & pale green in a way that is so effortlessly elegant. I’m envisioning this look for an early autumn supper club with friends: a long communal table in a grassy field (or perhaps a barn!) set with an abundance of seasonal dishes; twinkling crystals from a vintage chandelier add a touch of romance overhead. Menu cards tied with a bit of baker’s twine keep place settings simple, since the lush flowers & fruit overflowing out of a humble pitcher are all that’s needed for a stunning table.

    A lovely collection. It’s very elegant without being too formal. I imagine you’d feel pretty special at a lunch like this but still relaxed!
