I recently nabbed a ruffly satin miniskirt in a subtle shade of taupe, thinking it would be a great addition to my spring wardrobe…but I’m finding myself pairing it with sweaters and black tights because I just can’t wait! There’s no doubt that ruffles add a major dose of femininity to an outfit, room or party, but when used sparingly in the neutral shades above, I’d say they can be quite sophisticated, no?
Of course, if you’re feeling unabashedly girlie, there’s really nothing quite so charming as ruffles in shades of blush & cotton candy…
