This gorgeous, moody table design from the latest Martha Stewart Living has taken my love of vegetables to new heights. Vibrantly-hued cabbages, brussels sprouts and onions take center stage as table decor for a setting that oozes organic beauty. Keep reading for more creative scenes from the shoot…
Did you notice that brussels sprouts adorn the napkin ties…and stand in as salt cellars? Wishing a source for that stunning gold flatware was listed in the mag… does anyone know?
I fell in love with these clever chocolate bowls: Cabbage leaves were coated in melted chocolate, chilled and then peeled away to leave chocolate edible dishes. Genius, right? All this inspiration has made me a little giddy for the bounty of fall produce when my favorite veggies are in season. Not sure if I could choose between brussels sprouts, acorn squash or sweet potatoes, given the choice. What’s your favorite?
I loved this feature in MS Living, too! So inventive and lovely seasonal colours, too.
