Weekend Notes

White_Peonies

Doesn’t this image just make you want to run to the flower market for a big bunch of peonies? So gorgeous, especially with the contrasting dark, moody background. I’m indulging in a bit of a beauty feast this morning as I catch up on my favorite Pinterest boards and Tumblr’s around the web, my very favorite exercise when I need a creativity boost. Where do y’all go to find inspiration? The museum…farmer’s market…movie theater? It really is everywhere, isn’t it? I’m so excited for a low-key weekend at home after all the traveling I’ve been doing over the past month. Tonight we’re having some friends over to barbecue, and I’d really love to tackle a couple of organization projects around the house (whether that will actually happen remains to be seen!) Hope you all have a lovely last-Saturday-of-January, and enjoy my favorite links from the week!

Cocktails inspired by one of history’s greatest couples.

At home with Kelly Wearstler.

It’s raining confetti!

Beautiful tiny bunting at The Standard.

Did y’all catch the DIY details on my gold-edged biz cards?

Dessert after breakfast? This girl is so my style.

Love the pop of neon on Shanna Murray’s cards.

In case you missed National Chocolate Cake day yesterday…it’s not too late to celebrate.

A sweet little addition to my Amazon wishlist.

I live in Paris so I just have to look out of my window for inspiration!

Oh, you lucky dog! My favorite thing about Paris is that there is literally beauty tucked in every corner of the city.

I think peonies are the all time most beautiful flower. If only it was easy to get them year round!

Hi Camille, congratulations on your pregnancy! I am looking at your video post on cocktails and admiring your wheatgrass holders. Where did you buy them? Thank you and wishing your smooth sailing with your pregnancy. Jane
