It was a whirlwind couple of days at Altitude Design Summit last week – and (aside from missing Phoebe like crazy) it couldn’t have been more of a blast. Since it was my third year to attend, it felt like a reunion of sorts – it’s always so cool to realize how many really great friends I’ve made around the country from this crazy blogging world, and the conference is a chance to get to see a lot of them in one place. This was Jenn and Chanel’s first year to go, and traveling together as a team made the whole experience 10x more fun. We kicked things off on Wednesday night at the most gorgeous dinner hosted by our friends at Serena & Lily (above), where I spent time chatting with EzBrittany and Mackenzie, and we took home these lovelies (best favors ever.) Keep reading for more of the highlights…

On Thursday morning, I woke up bright and early to speak on a panel about Successful Brand Collaborations. It’s a topic I’m super interested in, and I was glad that the audience seemed into it and asked really insightful questions. Bottom light for all you bloggers out there? Brand partnerships should be about creating great content that enhances both your brands!

Minted had the cutest lounge area with tons of their great party décor on display. Btw, they just launched an amazing “party ambassador” program for bloggers who want to incorporate the décor into events or shoots – they’ll supply your items on the house! Of course, I couldn’t leave their table without crafting a little something to take home for Phoebe’s nursery…

This string art was gorgeous – and the perfect sentiment for such an action-packed week.

You’ll never find a cooler collection of business cards than those from Alt Summit attendees. Jenn adds hers to the mix.

The Land of Nod designed a lounge that was pretty magical, with all kinds of sweet bon-bons and a craft table that was any DIY-lover’s fantasy; Chanel seized the opportunity to be queen for a day…

Yep, the crown only took her 3 hours to make. Totally more important than the panels.

Stefan Sagmeister’s keynote was definitely a highlight of the conference – a description here really can’t do it justice, but watch his TED talk to get a taste of the brilliance.

The last night was all about the parties – each suite on the third floor was taken over by one of the brands who decked it to the nines. My fave was Hayneedle’s “Great Gatsby”-themed room designed by Erin. So many cute touches styled to perfection! The next day, it was back to reality… although when that means cuddling this, I couldn’t have been happier.
