Cristina here, and to me Memorial Day weekend is always a short, tantalizing taste of summer. An amuse-bouche that gets me excited for the upcoming pool days, entertaining friends, summer fruits, maybe even a bit of travel… And this sunny kitchen on the Italian island of Capri embodies all of the above! The space was originally a 17th century convent, but now functions as a modern two-room resort hotel. I’m adding a stay there to my summer wish list, along with a Smeg fridge (always wanted one of those) and a Vespa. Keep reading to see how to bring this sunny Capri kitchen home.
