Blame it on my “artistic temperament“, but I’m due for a stormy day every now and again. (And in the literal sense, sometimes there’s nothing better than weather that gives you an excuse to stay indoors and revel in doing nothing!) As a creative person I find that allowing myself to feel a myriad of emotions, and yes — even indulging in the occasional melancholy afternoon — can bring inspiration to my work and make sunny days feel that much brighter. Lately I’ve been wishing for a rainy Sunday, perfect for snuggling up with a good book or movie on the sofa. Or, even better, a walk through the rainy streets of Paris with this song playing in the background.

What do you love about cloudy days? Let us know in the comments!
