As much as I’ve loved these last few months of holiday revelry on the blog, decking the halls and indulging in comfort food faves… I am so ready to shake it all off and welcome in the NEW this month! (who’s with me?) January really is a time for clean slates and fresh starts, and as I wrote on Tuesday, I’ve been giving a lot of thought to my intentions for 2013. So, I decided to invite all of you along for the journey this month. I thought about naming our January series “A Brand New You,” but after giving it some thought, I decided that I actually like the old you way too much… this is really about accessing the inner resources that we already have, and daring to take the first steps towards being the healthiest, happiest, most creative selves we can be. We’ll be bringing in some amazing experts and entrepreneurs in the areas of health and wellness to share their wisdom, and we’ll be posting super healthy recipes and holistic beauty ideas within our regular series. If we start a few great new habits this month, just think about how much can be accomplished in the next 365 days! It’s a new year full of infinite possibility, and I’m so thankful that you’re all here to join us for the ride!
