Weekend Notes

bright and cheery 30th birthday | camille styles

Are any of you beginning to see signs of fall around you? I’m sad to report that the cold front we experienced here in Texas disappeared just as quickly as it arrived, and it took a bright and slightly-too-sunny lunch on Camille’s terrace yesterday afternoon to remind us all that we just aren’t quite there yet (and I was sipping on a cup of hot soup — ha!). The forecast this weekend reads major thunderstorms, so after a weekend of hibernating and watching college football I’m hoping to kick off next week under cooler circumstances. Oh! And Monday officially marks the end of Camille’s maternity leave, so we’ll be hitting the ground running with an exciting lineup of photo shoots that are sure to keep our first week back in the office super busy! Stay tuned for the excitement to come, and as always, enjoy some of my favorite links from the week…

Best birthday ever.

Must get my hands on this new nested bakeware from Anthro, spotted on design*sponge.

The perfect cocktail, accompanied by the perfect illustrated recipe card

Double Yum.

Got majorly excited for October when I discovered these halloween printables via paper crave.

*and a few things you may have missed…

Hostessing doesn’t get more flawless than this.

Sad to say goodbye to our mini-series with Katie Evans.

In case you’re feeling the urge to change things up a bit.
