Have a {candy-fueled & magical} Easter!

Up early this morning, prepping for the Easter brunch I’m making for our families today. I’m keeping things pretty simple – a big roasted veggie & prosciutto frittata, maple-glazed bacon, roasted potatoes, fruit salad and coffee cake muffins…and my mom is bringing her towering citrus-carrot cake with mascarpone icing to top things off! Makes me dream about next Easter, when I’ll have a sweet baby girl to shower with smocked dresses and candy-filled eggs!
