If you’ve been reading over the last month or two, you already know that we’re obsessed with using the freshest seasonal ingredients in summer cooking. It just doesn’t get simpler or more delicious than ripe produce taken straight from the farmers market to your kitchen, and since these ingredients shine brightest when cooked least, summertime salads are the perfect solution for laid-back soirées. We’ve been experimenting with different combinations (which has proven that there’s practically no wrong doing), so we’re kicking off the weekend with a roundup of our favorites. Not to be complete without starring roles from watermelon, tomato and shrimp, enjoy some of the most mouthwatering summer salad recipes around!

    Yum! These sound so delicious. Sometimes there’s nothing better than a few fresh vegetables tossed in a light vinaigrette.
