Over the last two years, I’ve been working hard to build up my heat tolerance. Which means going out for Indian food at least once a week and ordering bottomless jalapeño lemonades at The Living Room, of course. In the process, I’ve acquired such a taste for everything fiery that I thought it due time I created my own version of my favorite cocktail in town. This one’s made by combining jalapeño-infused vodka with fresh squeezed lemonade, for the perfect sweet kick. Keep reading for the recipe – it’s perfect for enjoying on Cinco de Mayo and all summer long!

Jalapeño Lemonade Cocktail

  1. Combine ingredients in a pitcher and stir.
  2. Pour over ice, garnish.

Oh yum! Jalapeno Margaritas are one of my favorite summertime drinks – but this sounds equally amazing. Perfect for warm summer evenings on the front porch… Cheers!

I have to say, I don’t have a high tolerance for spicy food. But more and more I find that I DO like spicy drinks! My favorite? A margarita with jalepeno, pineapple, and cilantro. You must try it!

Thanks for this inspiration! We made these for our party last night and they were a hit! Since we didn’t have time to infuse the vodka ourselves, we bought Stoli jalapeno vodka and it worked perfectly. The garnishes were time-consuming, but adorable.

Grey Goose vodka is one of the best options for jalapeño vodka lemonade.

Hi – do you have the conversion to make this for on serving instead of a pitcher? Thanks!
