How is it possible that there is just one week remaining before Christmas Day? It’s been quite a busy month — I styled an advertising campaign and editorial in Puerto Rico, a mondo shoot for Warner Brothers, and a project for JCPenney just in the first two weeks! Needless to say, I’m very much looking forward to a few days off and some time celebrating Christmas with Aaron’s family in Maryland.
This particular look is one that stays in constant rotation in my wardrobe this time of year. It’s perfect for holiday parties, a New Year’s Eve celebration, and even Christmas Day! I love the simplicity of a black and cream color palette and playing with different textures like sequins and silk.
The item that really pulls this whole look together is this necklace from Story Company. I love the festiveness of the silver and gold beads!
