Banana Coconut Rum Slushy

Serves 4


  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup of light coconut milk (in a can)
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 1 cup coconut rum
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Banana Extract
  • optional garnish: skewered pineapple & coconut chunks, pineapple leaves


Add all the ingredients to a blender, then blend on high until well-combined but still slushy. Garnish with pineapple and coconut threaded onto a skewer, and a pineapple leaf. Drink!
