We’re eleven days into 2013, and I’d say now’s a good time to check in with ourselves: how are your resolutions materializing? I’m sure that more than a handful of you vowed to eat more healthfully, maybe even committing to a cleanse or regimented diet. Or if you’re like me, you resolved to just eat at home more — after all, nothing’s more nutritious and budget-friendly.
