Description

This protein-packed, gut-friendly smoothie tastes just like my favorite from Erewhon—for a fraction of the price.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops of collagen peptides
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 pitted dates
  • Ice to thicken, as needed

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender, adding ice as needed to get a nice thick consistency. Pour in a glass and drink up!
