Ingredients

- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops of collagen peptides
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 pitted dates
- Ice to thicken, as needed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender, adding ice as needed to get a nice thick consistency. Pour in a glass and drink up!
