1/2 avocado, sliced or lightly mashed

2 ounces smoked salmon

1 soft-boiled egg (7 minutes)

1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives

1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

Everything bagel seasoning, to taste

Lemon wedge, for serving

Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Place arugula in the bottom of a shallow bowl.

Add avocado, smoked salmon, and halved soft-boiled egg.

Sprinkle with chopped chives, dill, and everything seasoning.

Squeeze fresh lemon over the top and season with salt and pepper.
