An easy strawberry matcha smoothie perfect for spring mornings.

for the matcha layer:
- 1 banana, chopped and frozen
- 1–2 teaspoons ceremonial matcha
- 1/2 cup yogurt of choice
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup milk of choice, more or less as needed
- pinch of salt
for the strawberry layer:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup coconut milk, frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- 1 cup milk of choice, more or less as needed
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prep the first smoothie layer. Blend in a high-power blender and pour into glass.
- Prep the second smoothie layer. Blend in a high-power blender and pour as a layer over the first smoothie. Enjoy cold!
