- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 can lite coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Add more liquid if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
If the consistency is too thick, add up to 1/2 cup of filtered water. Sprinkled shredded coconut or cacao nibs on top.
