Sweet and Salty Mango Lassis

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 teaspoon sendhav salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 heaping teaspoon freshly ground cardamom
  • 2 cups fresh mango, cubed (if using frozen mango, thaw before using)
  • 11 1/2 heaping tablespoon honey depending on sweetness preference
  • 5 ounces yogurt
  • 3/41 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness and salt as needed.
  3. Serve cold, enjoy!
