- 2 pounds heirloom tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil, almond oil, or avocado olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes and onion. I like to slice my onion very thin.
- Add salt over the tomatoes and onion, mix then microplane garlic into the salad.
- Add lemon juice and oil of your choice!
