- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 kiwi (skin removed)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 2 teaspoons fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
- 1 cup almond, coconut, or hemp milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Add more liquid if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
To make this smoothie spicier, add up to 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger. Sprinkle shredded coconut and hemp seeds on top.
