Tropical Turmeric Smoothie

A summer smoothie that tastes like sunshine? Sign us up. This smoothie has all the fresh ingredients to help you beat bloat throughout the season and beyond.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 kiwi (skin removed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 2 teaspoons fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup almond, coconut, or hemp milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Add more liquid if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

To make this smoothie spicier, add up to 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger. Sprinkle shredded coconut and hemp seeds on top.
