Cranberry Orange Muffins

Ingredients: -cranberries -butter -sugar -eggs -vanilla extract -greek yogurt -oranges -baking soda & powder -orange juice -confectioner's sugar

Step 1. Pour boiling water over cranberries and let soak for 30 minutes.

Step 2. Meanwhile, beat butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, yogurt, and zest.

Step 3. Sprinkle the dry ingredients over, whisk dry ingredients together, then mix until combined.

Step 4. Drain cranberries, fold them into batter, transfer to muffin tin, and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 5. Make glaze by whisking together confectioner's sugar and orange juice. Let cool, then drizzle. Enjoy!
