No-Bake Pumpkin Pie Bars

INGREDIENTS: pumpkin puree brown sugar pumpkin pie spice apple cider vinegar Butter graham cracker crumbs cream cheese powdered sugar vanilla pumpkin butter heavy whipping cream

Step 1. Make the pumpkin butter. In a stove top pot, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Cook for about 25 minutes, until thick.

Step 2. Make the crust. In a stove top pot, brown the butter and let cool completely.

Step 3. Add the graham cracker crumbs, salt, and spice to a mixing bowl, pour over the browned butter, and stir to combine.

Step 4. Using the back of a glass, press the crust down into a uniform layer.

Step 5. Prepare the filling. Whip together the cream cheese, sugar, spice, salt, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks.

Step 6. Combine the pumpkin butter, cream cheese, and whipped cream.

Step 7. Pour the filling into the crust and flatten into an even layer. Slice and top with whipped cream as desired. Enjoy!
