Eat These Foods to Relieve Anxiety, & Notes From the Weekend

By Camille Styles

Morning, friends! Hope y’all are having a great weekend so far. I’m gearing up for a few very busy weeks filled with lots of travel for work, so this weekend at our house has been all about taking it easy: we got a new rug for the bedroom, tackled some organization projects, and I perfected my morning glory pumpkin muffin recipe (coming at you here SOON!) I’m finding that the more hectic things get during the work week, the more I crave unscheduled time at home on the weekend – it really rejuvenates me for the week ahead and (I think) is the antidote to burnout. Last night we finally watched the Fred Rogers documentary, and talk about inspiring. Here was a life that was all about slowing down and being in service to others; seeing the good in every person and speaking love straight into their hearts. Can’t recommend it highly enough, and if you’ve already seen it, I’d love to hear your thoughts! As usual, hope you enjoy my favorite reads from around the web this week…
