- 3 TB Tahini (ground sesame paste)
- 9 TB toasted sesame seeds
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 TB Mirin (Japanese vinegar)
- 2 TB sake – to taste
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until lightly browned.
- Put seeds and all remaining ingredients in the blender/processor until smooth.
- Feel free to add more soy or sake to get to the desired consistency.
