Lapsang Suchong Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 5 stalks fresh mint
  • three bags tea
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a large jug shove in the mint with 2 or 3 bags of tea depending on how strong you want it. Pour a kettle full of boiling water over all of it and let steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Take out the tea bags and let the brew cool on the counter. Serve over ice. If you want lemon, go right ahead as it adds brightness. I like it both ways. No sugar needed.
