Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1" piece peeled fresh ginger
- 1 cup orange juice (or just enough to blend to smoothie consistency)
- squeeze of honey, if desired
Instructions
Throw it all in a smoothie and blend together! If you want it thicker, add a few ice cubes.
