Tropical Pineapple-Ginger Smoothie

This healthy tropical smoothie recipe has pineapple, banana, strawberries, ginger, and avocado. It's packed with fiber, and nut-free, dairy-free, & vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1" piece peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 cup orange juice (or just enough to blend to smoothie consistency)
  • squeeze of honey, if desired

Instructions

Throw it all in a smoothie and blend together! If you want it thicker, add a few ice cubes.
