Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium figs, any variety
  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk (almond, coconut, cow’s, etc.)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (10-20 grams of protein)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Ice
