Freshly Squeezed Adrenal Cocktail
- 2 cups plain coconut water
- 2 oranges, peeled (any variety!)
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt (or sea salt of choice, just don’t use sea salt flakes)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)
Blended Adrenal Cocktail
- 1 cup orange juice, no sugar added
- 1 cup plain coconut water
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream (from the can)
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt (or sea salt of choice, just don’t use sea salt flakes)
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar *this adds potassium
- 1 scoop collagen powder
Sparkling Adrenal Cocktail
- 1/2 cup orange juice, no sugar added
- 1 cup plain coconut water
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt (or sea salt of choice, just don’t use sea salt flakes)
Instructions
Freshly Squeezed Adrenal Cocktail
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. If desired, serve over ice.
- The additional serving can be refrigerated overnight, just give it a good shake before drinking. Adding a scoop of protein powder helps balance out the natural sugars from the coconut water and orange.

- Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. If desired, serve over ice.
