Ingredients

Units Scale

Freshly Squeezed Adrenal Cocktail

  • 2 cups plain coconut water
  • 2 oranges, peeled (any variety!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt (or sea salt of choice, just don’t use sea salt flakes)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)

Blended Adrenal Cocktail

  • 1 cup orange juice, no sugar added
  • 1 cup plain coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream (from the can)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt (or sea salt of choice, just don’t use sea salt flakes)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar *this adds potassium
  • 1 scoop collagen powder

Sparkling Adrenal Cocktail

  • 1/2 cup orange juice, no sugar added
  • 1 cup plain coconut water
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt (or sea salt of choice, just don’t use sea salt flakes)

Instructions

Freshly Squeezed Adrenal Cocktail

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. If desired, serve over ice.
  3. The additional serving can be refrigerated overnight, just give it a good shake before drinking. Adding a scoop of protein powder helps balance out the natural sugars from the coconut water and orange.

Blended Adrenal Cocktail

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. If desired, serve over ice.

Sparkling Adrenal Cocktail

  1. Place all ingredients into a glass. Stir to combine (use a small whisk or shaker).
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. If desired, serve over ice.
