Grilled Romaine Salad with Cherries and Feta

This grilled romaine salad might just change the way you serve a table salad for good. It’s the perfect combination of savory, smokey, sweet—and it’s only five ingredients!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 hearts of romaine, halved or quartered, depending on size
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherries, pitted and halved
  • Crumbled feta
  • Toasted walnuts
  • G&G Meyer lemon dressing

 


Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Place romaine over direct heat and char, about 2 min per side.
  3. Remove from heat and arrange on a platter.
  4. Top with cherries, feta, and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle flaky salt.
